About Us
Joanna Kinnersly-Taylor is a printed textile artist and designer and produces a wide range of textiles, from architectural commissions and domestic linens to one-off works for galleries. In creating site-specific, often large-scale wallhangings and panels for public spaces, Joanna has undertaken commissions for a variety of environments that have ranged from a hospital atrium to a quayside. Her three collections of hand-printed table linen take inspiration from a culinary theme and include the very popular `Jellies and Cutlery`. Her work has been exhibited widely, both in the UK and abroad and often as a member of the `62 Group of Textile Artists`; it has also appeared in books, magazines and on television. In her role as a researcher at Glasgow School of Art, her book `Dyeing and Screen-Printing on Textiles` was published by A&C Black.
